Sarah Webber MD ACC, is an academic pediatrician, physician leader, and certified development coach whose work centers on helping physicians and leaders grow into more self-aware, values-driven versions of themselves.
As Director of Well-Being at a large academic institution, Dr. Webber works closely with leaders and understands firsthand the pressures, tradeoffs, and realities they navigate. This lived experience grounds Dr. Webber’s coaching, lending it a credibility and relevance that comes from the intersection of practicing medicine and supporting leader colleagues through the real challenges within healthcare.
Trained through the Physician Coaching Institute (ICF-credentialed) and in Internal Family Systems (IFS) applications to leadership, Dr. Webber brings a distinctive lens to coaching: helping clients understand the different parts of themselves that show up under pressure, so they can lead from a place of clarity and authenticity rather than reactivity.
