Professional/Business Experience

Evy has worked in the health care industry for over 30 years, in a variety of roles. She began her health care career in patient financial services where she worked in billing and was later promoted to leadership where she served as the Manager of the Patient Access Department.

She developed her knowledge and skills into training & development where she served as the Training Coordinator and later was promoted to Director of Education. During that time, she was invited to take on leadership responsibilities for the Patient Experience department due to her passion for service, safety, and quality of care.

After earning a Master’s degree, she followed her passion for developing people and successfully managing change where she used her knowledge and skills as an internal leadership consultant and coach. Since becoming a credentialed coach, Evy has embraced the opportunity to help leaders see and work toward achieving their potential.

Evy is most proud that she was able to embrace change and personal growth in her own life which has enabled her to build a successful life and career. When Evy is not coaching, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their fur family including a Newfoundland and a Bernedoodle.
