Audrey is a leadership and career development coach and consultant with a background in Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Talent Management. Her experience has been shaped by more than a decade of working in fast-paced, high-visibility environments, most recently within professional sports and entertainment. She works with LAK Group across leadership development, on-demand coaching, and career transition support through outplacement.

Working with the Leadership Development team, Audrey facilitates workshops that strengthen leadership capability at every level, helping managers navigate workplace dynamics, lead with purpose, and build environments where people feel supported and empowered. Through Coaching on Demand, Audrey works with individuals on leadership growth, career development, and the skills needed to thrive in today’s workplace, meeting clients where they are in their journey. As an Outplacement coach, Audrey supports clients through career planning, resume optimization, job search execution, networking strategies, interview preparation, and establishing a strong professional brand as they transition into new opportunities.

Professional/Business Experience

Audrey spent eight years with the Milwaukee Bucks as an Organizational Development Manager, leading initiatives in engagement, retention, leadership capability, succession planning, and high-potential development. Before her work in Organizational Development, she built her foundation in HR and across other industries, giving her a range of perspective on what it takes for people and organizations to grow.

Audrey also has a strong dedication to developing early-career talent. Through her work, she has been able to partner with universities to help students clarify their career direction, prepare for internships, and build a compelling professional brand for beginning their careers. Through workshops and individualized coaching sessions, she equips emerging professionals with the skills and confidence to navigate competitive job markets.
