Kellie’s professional journey has taken her from financial services to manufacturing, real estate to the utility industry. She doesn’t coach reinvention as a concept; her career was built on it, which is why clients navigating a pivot or transition trust her to guide them through their own.

She has led high-performing teams through change management, acquisition and organizational resizing. She knows firsthand what it feels like to guide people through disruption, which is exactly what she brings to clients facing layoffs, reorganizations, and career reinvention.

Her warmth and calm presence create a supportive environment for clients to show up as their true selves, the key to taking action with clarity and confidence.

Kellie has a Masters degree in English (emphasis in Professional and Technical Writing) and an undergraduate degree in Business. She is an ICF credentialed coach and has served for over 10 years on boards and board committees of private and non-profit organizations.
