Kim Garman, MS, ACC, is an executive, leadership, and organizational coach and communications expert who brings 17 years of leadership experience to her coaching work. She has led diverse teams through complex organizational change, including serving as an Associate Director of Administration for a clinical diagnostic and precision medicine center. Kim helps leaders strengthen their leadership presence, executive communication, delegation, trust, decision-making, and self-management. Her areas of expertise include leadership coaching, team culture, communications, employee relations, and the impact of sociocultural factors in the workplace. Kim is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation and holds a master’s degree in Cultural Foundations of Education and Education Policy & Leadership. Based in Wisconsin, she brings a practical understanding of healthcare, higher education, and complex organizations to her work with leaders and teams.
